I can't post a picture on Twitter?
I have added a picture to show you what I try every day to post on Twitter.

I can post any picture perfectly fine... Every time I try to post it... The photo in quotations "Times Out"

The picture format is a jpg and the last picture I posted was a jpg


Can someone help me?
