10 Links in $30, Amazing Offer***@@****?

Few days back i have seen a website http://www.crediblelink.com and there was no submission link found on the website. I contacted the owner of website at admin@crediblelink.com and they have given me an offer to get 10 links in just $30.
I know this website is new and in its initial stage of launch, however looking at the website presence i am pretty sure they will grow and these back links would be very useful for my & some of my clients website.
Let me know if you also agree to me.
@Jake....this is not my property and second thing is why are you continuously criticizing my decision over this directory.
And lastly I think Credible Link is a decent name taken as most of the marketers search for the relevant terms while performing paid link building.
I hope you understand my point.
