My "bestfriend" thinks I'm fake?

If she's the one writing about you anonymously then that obviously makes her the fake friend. I don't know her side of the story but from what you said it seems like she's a bit of an attention whore. It seems like she was feeding off of the fact that you were her only friend and hated that you were meeting new people to be aeound besides her. It's possible that she might feel like you are blowing her off which is the reason why she's calling you fake. The answer to your problem: Just talk to her. If you can't fix things then maybe she's not a friend worth having in your life anyway
