nextbook 7 internet help?

ok i just got a textbook 7 and I'm connected to my internet but signal bars are gray instead of blue like they are supposed to be. i can use the browser and google chrome but i cant use the app store and ive tried turning it off and back on and i turned the wifi off and on i tried forgetting the internet connection and re-entering the information again but it didnt work so if you guys could tell me how to fix it that would be awesome
