Can't access my router.?

One of the options on most routers allows specify whether you can access the router wirelessly. You may have set it up so that you have to use an ethernet cable attached to the router to access and/or change the settings in it.

One other setting in some routers is that it has to be used over https. What that means is that you have to type in https://192.168.1.1 (note the s).

It would be helpful if you stated what brand of router and possibly what model you are using.
