I deleted my facebook page, can I make a new one?

Yes.

I deleted mine some time ago. I started a new one with a gmail address after I opened a new account with my ISP.

My old account got shut down when we couldn't pay the phone bill because my wife had facebook notifications sent to her cellphone while we were on holiday in the Cook Islands. We got back to find that she was charged NZ$ 0.80 for each text message received! Because she had her birthday on holiday she had hundreds of messages!
