You might be able to find it if uninstalling the application didn't remove the AppData. Navigate to C:\Users\<Your Username Here>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default and open the file called "Bookmarks" with notepad. The file is in JSON format, but you should be able to find it, CTRL+F to search for the name perhaps.
