How do i stop a website from popping up?

Or you can follow these steps to Clear browsing data : 1. Open up your browser.2. Click on the menu button in the top-right of the screen (it's right next to the star-shaped bookmark button) 3. Click on Tools > Clear browsing data.4. Uninstall all suspicious extensions from the browser.5. Go to the Settings to restore the browser.
