I am a little confused with your question but I believe you are experiencing issues with your Laptop WiFi connectivity. What generally works is troubleshooting the connectivity. This can be done by clicking your WiFi icon on your task bar clicking 'Open Network and Sharing Center' then selecting Troubleshoot problems which is located near the bottom. Contrary to popular belief Windows troubleshooter does help in many circumstances.
