You may just have to settle for the satisfaction of reporting them on the various scam reporting sites.

Various searches, including for the registration email address lead to more details that might help you identify who is behind it.

The 5 month old domain name owners have several other sites, the registration address is different than the business gives and appears to be a legitimate address housing several businesses including a web development company. Some of their other sites that appear to be associated, by a common owner, perhaps the web developers who retained control of the sites perhaps unknown to the businesses.
