Why is Comcast's service so bad?

Well it's not bad for everyone.It's seems to be bad for you.I had Comcast for years and never had a problem.But if they have to come out every six weeks then something is wrong with the cable lines going to your house or near your house.You need to ask your Dad to talk to the service tech and find out what's going on.I've never heard of any company sending someone out every six weeks it does not make sense.They would be losing money and should tell you that they cannot give you service.
