Limited Acess - Wireless?

Ok, I have already posted this like 7 months ago... yes still having limited acess problam for 7 months. So... Here are some details... When I connect to my wireless I get ''Limited Acess'' status, at first I thought it's problam with my pc... Then we got a Touch Screen that is getting ''Limited Acess'' as well, it seems like all the new devices that I try to connect to my internet wireless connection gets ''Limited Acess''. Now few devices like my dad's laptop, my netbook, my mum's laptop, pc and 3 mobiles do not get ''Limited Acess'' status when they conect, basicly only new devices get ''Limited Acess'' status. Since I already posted this once, some kind sir told me to do following steps:
1. Change something on my pc (which I did, and it didt helped),
2. Restart my wifi (which I did, and it works only untill someone connects to the wireless, then my status immidiatly becomes ''Limited Acess'' so it doesn't fix the problam permenative).
3. Turning off the device (which I did, I turned off the wireless from other pc completly, and it's turned off for already 3 months and I am still getting internet acess).

Thats about it... Now any more suggestions? Can the problam actually be in modem that I am using?
