Is it worth going on cam model websites?

I tend to get hooked on going to the cam model websites (livefreefun, stremate and many others) due to the one on one interaction. But what bothers me is when I get 'lured' by some hottie to a private or exclusive session where I end up spending money on her (at one point I literally blew $81) Then I start resenting the fact that I ever did that because in reality I just paid a woman to tease me on cam--I don't even get the real thing (but this is where the mind and body psychology comes to play; mind doesn't know the difference between fantasy and reality) but I would react compulsively and be in the moment. After I get done, I tell myself I will never do it again but that does not work. I need some advice on how to really avoid spending money on woman that I will never meet or get the chance to hook up with.
