Well, we're all made of matter, so we all matter. But facebook likes don't matter, they're just a matter of vanity and perspective. I use facebook as a communicative tool, but mark zuckerberg really intended it to be used the way many vain people use it, or at least, he marketed it to them. What one must consider is "100 likes? How many of those people does the depicted person actually even talk to on a regular basis? Or ever? Have any sort of relationship aside from they clicked the add friend and like buttons?" Realistically, as far as close friendships go, everybody only has about 4 likes. All those other ones just come from being nice to people or people liking your sh!t to promote their own vain agendas.
We all matter. Whether we discover the theory of relativity or help an old lady across the street, we all can contribute and have happy fullfilled lives. Ads |
