You are right about Facebook. Such a big company but if you are running ads on them, you can easily reach out to their customer service. We ran some ads for out http://www.passport-photos.net and could easily reach live agents on 1-800-601-0077 or request a callback. However I am worried for you. I hope some hackers have not posed as Facebook to you and asked you to send credit card/bank account, photo id etc. This is normally referred to as Phising.
