Charges will be based on the language (php or aspx), you have built your website. If you have bought script from any of the vendors, it is bit difficult task and you have to find who excel in that scripting language. But however, if codes are documented properly, most programmers can easily do that but takes some time for learning it. Be sure what your scripting language is. Based on my search, your scripting language must be php. If you can give more details about your website, yahoo answers community can help you in the right path.
