Look, unless and until you are the best, people are not gonna follow you without an expectation that you are gonna follow them.

The tips I can give are:-

1. KEEP FOLLOWING OTHERS (Hundreds Of Them) And KEEP LIKING POSTS. Keep Interacting. Get Their Focus.
2. Study Popular Blogs, And Even Ask The Bloggers Some Tips Which Might Help You.
3. It Will Take Time, But Even If You Manage To Get Atleast 5-10 Followers A Day By This, Just Imagine What It Will Become In A Year! Don't Think That Everyday Only 20 Followers Will Come Up, Because The More And More Followers You Get, The More And More Followers You Will Get On Daily Basis... So In The End Of The Year, You Might Get Even 50-60 Follows Per Day! :-)
4. Have Patience! That's The Most Important Thing! And Don't Close This Blog Too Just Because You Are Not Getting Any Followers. In The Long Run, If Your Blog Is Worthy, It Will Automatically Get More And More Followers! :-)
