So what should I do with this girl?

Let me say these things first
I've never had a girlfriend before.
We are both 14 in 9th grade.
I can't take her to dates so I can only date at school.
I only have her for two classes and that's PE and Math.
I don't have the same lunch as her.
Let me start now. So I've liked this girl for a while now. I don't talk to her much, but I have though. Once I got lucky and got to sit in the front of her in Math class because I forgot my glasses at home and I need them for far sight, so I asked the teacher if I could sit in front. So when I did, I turned back and talked to the guy sitting next to him, I said,"I have band rehearsal after school today and it sucks." I shouldn't have said that. She said,"you're in band, I used to to be in band." I was like,"oh, cool." Yeah that mostly all we talked about. She only knows my name, where I'm from, and that I am in band.
She has a phone, but I can't just go up to her and ask her for her number.
