I know my mother loves me, but I can't deal with this.?

Okay, that's intrusive. You shouldn't be allowing this kind of behavior from your mother. I know you love her, but she can't be watching your every move for the rest of your life. You need to let her know that you are an adult now and you don't need her pushing you to achieve. Stressing you to reach higher can be very taxing emotionally. You should be content that you tried your best at the end of a test. Not worn thin from anxiety.
Start by blocking her from your twitter, Instagram, and FB accounts. If you she tries to get into a confrontation with you, don't indulge her. Walk away. You have rights to your privacy and that's it. You're not perfect. Don't let your mother convince you that any little imperfection is going to disadvantage you in life. If it bothers you too much, maybe you should think about moving out soon.
