ALWAYS.
Reminds me of a fun real-life story: Some guy applied for a credit card, and when they sent him the terms and conditions, "he changed them" to be very one-sided, on his side. Then the credit card company accepted the changed terms and conditions- because they didn't read it. I heard about it because the credit card company took him to court, and the judge decreed they were contractually bound to the altered terms; they'd signed it, after all. Pretty awesome. Ads |
