Great idea about asking out your best friend. Trust me ive gone a long time without talking to my best guy friend and take it from a girl that if we are flirting with you when we see you again then we want it to go somewhere. at least on a date. even if you dont end up asking her out dont ever let it be a year before you talk again. you never know what will happen if you just talk. your now ex needs to be your ex. she was being a jerk and if she really regrets what she did then why didnt she realize she was making a mistake a long time ago. she doesnt deserve someone who was loyal and a good bf for over a year. im not saying you should be mean/rude to her but i dont think she deserves another chance right now. i hope i helped >.< God luck!!!
