50mpbs is that it? I live in the UK and I am with BT and I pay £30 a month for 75mbps plus broadband!

But apart from websites like ookla speed test I am not sure you can DEFINATELY confirm what you would get however most companies offer extra services if your internet does not reach what they deem 'average'.
