1) How to create blog.

You can use any free website builder like Wix, Weebly or others (all of them are easy to use). Very popular are Blogger and WordPress, you can also try Tumblr but it is more complicating issue.

2) Now, play with it. Nice design is neccesity. People loves pictures. Use them.

3) Content. Fill it with interesting articles.

5) Buy your own domain. So far, you could make everything for free. Now you have to pay a little money for a domain. If you are using Webnode, Wix or others, the system will lead you. But you can also you other providers like GoDaddy. it is (usually) cheaper.

6) Promote it. On social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit are the most influental right now. G+ is good for optimatization) and different discuss forums.
