Winning a Bid on eBay?

In general, you're expected to pay within 2 or 3 days. If you can't pay in that time, you need to contact the seller and let them know that you still intend to pay (for example, if you need two or three more days until payday). Most people will be willing to work with you as long as you're reasonable about it and you communicate with them. If you bid on something and don't communicate with the seller, after a few days, they may file an unpaid item dispute against you. If you get too many strikes against you, eBay can close your account.
