Internet Connection Problems...?

You have not mention here what types of net connection you are using?
if you are using DHCP server netwrking or Dial-up net connection than go to internet explorer >>>>tools >>>>internet optons>>>>advanced>>>>check on ssl and tsl seettings. Sure that your browser support your security term
Use another web browser if internet explorer creating problem. like mozilla firefox, netscape

If you are using DNS networking than sure that your DNS and default getaways is working properly.
to find out
go to control panel>>>> network and internet connection>>>local area connection (or your net connection) right click>>> properties>>>> there some no. will appear like 192.168.1.125 etc.
go to run type
ping 192.168.1.125 (type here your Default getaways)
ping 202.166.62.154 (your primary getaway)
ping 202.166.62.155 (your primary getaway)

if any gives request time out. net will unstable. contact network administrator.
