On main page full posts are showed, dont have main menu, and only one category in unvisible place.
1)Go to http://www.freetemplates24.com/ and find magazine or minimalist template with main menu
If you don't want to change template Add pages to main menu and cut your posts
2)Create fan page on facebook and add likebox to your site.
3)Remember to organize well your content in main manu

To sum up nice looking but have to work on usability Smile
