Did he buy a new speedo? He is probably staying at a gay resort, an all male hotel. I am now more sure your bf is bi curious and checking out his bi side. The issue is not the sick dog. The issue is bf is incognito. He is definitely shacking up. I bet he is having marathon sex. The place might be clothes optional, hence the tan.
