My e-mail has been down since Monday, how do I let Yahoo know that I can't get into my account?

You are not alone. Many users still can't get into their accounts and others are missing emails. Yahoo is aware of these problems and are trying to restore everyone's mail. i would advise you to not contact Yahoo as they cannot assist anyone individually.

Yahoo experienced unexpected problems while undergoing routine maintenance. Yahoo could not foresee this *unexpected* problem and so they were unable to warn anyone. Yahoo does not employ psychics.
