Will there ever be more than one new episode a month for The Big Bang Theory?

You have to keep in mind they only have 24 episodes to air from September-May. There are going to have to take certain breaks to spread out episodes.
Then there is Holidays(Thanksgiving,Christmas,New Years). Most people usually don't watch TV around then so they don't air any new episodes then.
It was off for 2 weeks in February for the Olympics.

Actors/Production team need breaks too.
Writing, filming and editing is a long process.

They did air new episodes all through the end of September when the season started, all of October, all of November. They took a break for December for the Christmas/New Years and February for the Olympics. They only took 2 weeks off in January.
There is only 8 episodes left for the season. And most Fall shows end their seasons in May.

This is how Networks do their Fall shows. They take certain breaks to spread out episodes. Been that way for many years now. like 20 and up or so years ago Seasons used to be 25-30 episodes so they didn't need to take as many breaks.
