You'r supposed to get at least $100 credit and an explanation from the supervisor's supervisor.
And why would it take two techs to set you up? If you don't get your $100, write a letter to ATT's CEO and mail it certified w/ return receipt requested; that should make it $120 for your extra trouble. & complain to state & county consumer protection depts. and the fed's FCC. Ads |
