Really odd computer problems! Help!?

The thing is that my laptop is slow as well. Youtube takes long to buffer on 144p, and is still laggy. When I scan for viruses (AVG) nothing comes up (But the scan takes forever!) I have 1.8 GB avaible and 4.1 in use, which I think is not bad, but it still acts up! Minecraft won't work unless I'm in fullscreen, Minecraft is laggy (20-60 FPS). And countless other things! I have even reset this crap back to factory settings.

I uninstall things all the time
May help: I have kind of a lot of things hooked up to wifi.(But other devices work fine, and my laptop does not)
Got it for Christmas.

I have no idea where the apple crap came from, but I used to have iTunes, so I don't know If I could undownload them or something.

It was even laggy when I reset it!

Someone please! I have written for hours for a reason! I really want my laptop to work again!
