Give this a try it always worked for me... go to Settings &gt; General &gt; Reset and selet reset Network Settings. Basically some of the apps have froze up with the networking protocols or apple_service_networking and need refreshed manually.

If that doesnt work then backup the phone with itunes and do a restore which can take about 15 minutes total.

I would also turn off the wireless router for 2-3 mimutes while the phone is resetting network settings to clear the cache buildup.
