You can't. I'm sorry but there are literally millions of 'beliebers' out there who will do supposedly anything to get him to see them. He only pretends not to find them irritating, obsessive children because they earn him millions of dollars and make him feel important. There is no way to contact Justin Bieber, you are just a wave in a sea of obsession.
