You should ask the girls for some kind of evidence, such as text messages, email, voicemail messages, etc. Otherwise it's just their word against his.

If you're looking for any clues as to whether or not he's cheating on you, just watch for any unusual signs. Particularly if he's suddenly behaving differently than he usually does (for example, if he's suddenly overprotective of his phone or if he suddenly becomes too "busy" at work to see you)
