Google SEO SERPS question?
How come if I use 2 different browsers I get a different number of search results?

For example term 1 (3 words) brings in 231,000 using Google Chrome and IE but only 196,000 results using Firefox.

Also,

Does Google display websites you have visited frequently at the top of the serps? I have a new website I have been working on, I usually view in Chrome to check it displays ok but I now find that site #1 in Google Chrome for this term.
That same website is on page 4 in IE and Firefox.

Thoughts?
