Upload the picture.
Go to the picture.
Click, make profile picture.
Make sure the crop box is in the centre of the picture.
Drag it out until it's fully sized.
DON'T go out of the picture itself when dragging it to make it bigger.
Once it's the biggest it goes, place where you want it to go.
Remember, don't move your mouse out of the picture itself whilst re-arranging.
Facebook is such a 'effin stuck up b!tch sometimes:LL

Just be patient! It does this to EVERYONE!!!
