The most important thing here will be the ability to legally process payments, as people can't easily send you money without you having a merchant account for this sort of thing and Paypal will freeze your account, as they won't allow it.

Your best bet is to signup to a legit webcam model agency and let them handle all the headaches while you enjoy performing your shows. I recommend onlinemodelswanted.com as it's simple and easy to get started.
