There isnt a plugin for backlinks, but there are plugins that could help seo like:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/addthis/ - People can post your website, or articles on social media websites, like facebook or twitter. If you encourage your readers to do that, it can bring in some powerful backlinks.

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-...-seo-pack/ - Helps with your website seo.
