If you own a website you can use the "Facebook social plugins" by going to the
"Facebook developers" page -->Core Concepts --> "social plugins
(https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/)
this connects your website page directly to facebook.

or use a "Wordpress plugin" that do the same..such as the one i use, its called "FB Optin plus"
