Google title SEO question?

Hey guys,

So I am having trouble determining what google uses to determine the title of your webpage. If you search "Kiwi China Import", you will find that the title of the first result is "Kiwi China Import". However, when you look at the title of the website (<title>), it says "Wholesale Western Handbags Rhinestone Concho Belt Jewelry".

But when you take a look at a different website. Search "Wholesale by atlas". You will find that their title on google is "WHOLESALE handbags Rhinestones Belts Western Purses Bags Studded Belts Pendants Jewelry". When you look at the html of the page its also "WHOLESALE handbags Rhinestones Belts Western Purses Bags Studded Belts Pendants Jewelry".

So why is it different for the two sites?
