My Internet Explorer keeps opening new tabs?

Try this it should help, go up to Tools at top of your browser and click on it and on the drop down menu click on Internet Options, then click on the Advanced tab, then scroll down to Browsing sections and put a check mark in these to box's
"Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer) and
"Disable Script Debugging (Other)

Then restart the pc (You really only have to close out of IE and restart it but I like to restart pc, to be sure.
