What to do about my girlfriend? worried?

been with this girl around a year. could say i trust her. but she went out with her girl mate on the weekend and met some other mates. the other mates were 3 other lads and couple of girls. found out shes been texting one of the lads, who i know, who was seeing one of the girls there but i think they split up that night, for the past few days. Asked her about it and she said shes just friends with him and has met him before because he use to fancy her other mate, which i believe but dont know what he's after. after all he is a lad and i know what most lads are like.

she says i can see the texts and what not but i dont want to look at them tbh and unsure wether she knows id say no and is hiding something.

Just need a bit of advice
