I don't think you have anything to worry about. You have to realise that your girlfriend has her own social life and her own friends and they won't all be girls. This would be like saying you have to have friends who are only guys because she knows what other girls can be like. Yes most guys are scum but not all of us are like that (I've met plenty girls when I have been out and we text, chat on FB etc but if they are with someone then I don't let it go beyond being friends). Until you have real reason to worry (like if she tells you he's been coming onto her or something) then there's nothing to worry about and all you are doing is getting worked up over nothing. The last thing any partner wants is their other half telling them what they can and can't do and who they can and cannot talk to - doing so will only push them away or cause problems unless there is a genuine reason to do so. I can understand you worrying but considering you've been together so long I personally thought you'd have a little more faith in your trust in her.
