You are too good for him. You shouldn't be caught up on a guy who's clearly going nowhere with his life and cares more about partying than your relationship. Those types of guys -never- change no matter what the fairytales say. They just continue being uncommitted to anyone or anything except their own selfish things they want. If a man doesn't know how to act right and treat you right, move on. It's his loss.
