If they say its your router, then its your router.
Its simple, really. Now before you roll your eyes and say "Ive tried this!!!!" remember that computers are logic engines. The routers give your computer an ip number. The ip number is used to identify different computers on the network. If you reset the network, the ip numbers are useless. If you reset the ip numbers while the network isnt responding its like calling a phone number thats out of service. It works both ways, so by the time your router tries to get in touch with your computers old number, the numbers update. Its a vicious cycle. Do like this: 1) Unplug the internet from the router. 2) Unplug the router and count to 10 SLOWLY then plug back in 3) Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network connections 4) Right click on the adapter of your choosing and click "disable" count to 10 SLOWLY 5) Right click on the adapter again and enable It'll work ![]() Ads |
