What do you do when you know someone has anorexia?

Well one thing you should NEVER do is pressure them. A person struggling with an eating disorder will get so mad at you if you did that. I struggled with bulimia and so I understand, we are super sensitive with food. We, a lot of times, get really irritated at people who pressure food or talk about food around us.

But since she isn't technically anorexic you should tell her. Let her know what she is getting herself into. Being pro-ana is completely different because she is forcing herself to become sick. A person who is really anorexic a lot of times cannot control it and needs a lot of help to recover from that illness.
