Just start making videos of you reviewing makeup, doing your hair/makeup, and doing tutorials and such.
You could start off posting your videos on your Facebook/etc, or on Yahoo!Answers. Or you could put them on other social networking sites. Or put them in the comments of other people's YouTube videos. That's usually what some people do.
