Live streams and youtube videos are choppy when im playing video games?
I have a two monitor set up using an AMD R9 270x but I like to play games like WoW on my main monitor and watch live streams on my second monitor! For some reason live streams are fine but then get really choppy/laggish when i am in/after loading a game! does anyone know how to fix this? It used to not happen before i restored my pc.

GPU: Radeon HD r9270x
CPU: AMD FX 6120 six-core processor
I know for a fact it is not internet problems because my internet is very good!
