my ex and her profile pictures on FB?

If a woman was dating a guy like last January-February and he appeared in her profile picture twice in that short timespan, then for 9 months, its changed about 7-8 times with him not appearing. Then during that time, she is always liking/commenting on her ex's FB wall and her ex never likes/comments on her wall. Also, she was listed as "single" on a dating site this entire summer. Now, this guy from january/february appears in her profile picture again, but its the same exact pic as the one in January. Just friends? Why reuse the same picture? If you got back together with someone over that time, wouldn't you take a new picture? Also, if they did get back together, it would appear this is round 3. Your thoughts?
