She definitely isnt into you. She just got excited because shes passionate about her volunteering and wanted to recruit someone else. If she liked you then she wouldve accepted your advances and wouldnt have mentioned anything about some group coming along! Dont waste your time with someone who clearly isnt interested in being in a relationship.. Unless you are fine with just being friends - Then continue talking to her all you want!
